Hey there! Welcome to Yum Design System. It’s my little project where I play around with material design, web components, and LitElement. It's all about learning and prepping for my own products.

What is Yum Design System?​

Yum Design System is my personal playground. It’s where I get hands-on with web components and Lit HTML, and try out design ideas for my own products. It’s not really for public use, but more for learning and experimenting.

  • Here, I’ve got a palette that takes a bit from material design and mixes it with the cool features of web components. It’s a fun way to explore colors.

2. Component Library​

  • I’ve created a bunch of digital tools, all flexible and inspired by material design principles. Each component is a small experiment in blending different design ideas.

3. Guidelines and Documentation​

  • The documentation is my map through material design guidelines and web component features. It’s a neat way to keep track of what I learn and discover.

4. Version Control​

  • With version control, I can see how my understanding of material design and web components evolves over time. It’s like keeping a diary of my design journey.
